Two ways to pay for your website

Choose $29.99 + GST per week for 18 months, including the website build and ongoing management, or $799 + GST for the website build, then $99 + GST per month for 12 months after the build. Estimated weekly-package total: $2,339.22 + GST, based on 78 weekly payments (approximately 18 months). The exact payment schedule and total are confirmed before you start. The build-plus-monthly option totals $1,987 + GST. Hosting and domain registration are separate and confirmed before purchase.

All amounts are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.

The build-plus-monthly total is $799 + (12 × $99) = $1,987 + GST. The weekly estimate is 78 × $29.99 = $2,339.22 + GST. Because 18 calendar months is approximately 78 weeks, the exact payment schedule and total are confirmed before you start.

These are alternative payment options. The weekly plan includes the build and management; the $799 build fee and $99 monthly fee apply to the build-plus-monthly plan. Review ongoing arrangements at the end of your chosen term.

What is included in the website?

The build covers the agreed design, content and page structure, using your business information, branding and approved photographs. It includes a mobile-friendly layout, contact or quote-enquiry pathways, basic search setup and launch support. The small business website design service explains the scope in more detail.

Management covers minor wording and image updates, technical health checks, enquiry-form testing, basic SEO upkeep and practical support. A major redesign, a large batch of new pages or a new integration should be scoped separately. See the website management inclusions when comparing the two payment options.

Which costs should you confirm separately?

Ask for the full hosting and domain costs, including renewals. If you need business email, booking software, paid photography, an online shop or custom functionality, confirm whether a separate provider, licence or project fee is required. Those items should not be assumed to be part of the standard package.

The finished website and domain belong to your business. Keep domain registration details in your name and make sure you understand account access, ongoing fees and the process for changing providers. For an existing site, review the website redesign and transition considerations too.

How to compare website quotes

  • Compare the full commitment over each plan’s term, including compulsory ongoing fees. The two options have different durations.
  • Check the agreed pages, content writing, revisions and enquiry functionality.
  • Ask who supplies photographs and who owns the finished site and domain.
  • Clarify what “SEO included” actually covers and whether ongoing marketing is separate.
  • Confirm the management term, update scope, renewal costs and handover arrangements.

A lower initial price can still be appropriate if the scope meets your needs. The useful comparison is whether each quote covers the same work and gives you a clear path to maintaining the finished website.

What does basic SEO cover?

Basic search setup covers foundations such as relevant page content, descriptive headings and metadata, usable internal links and crawlable pages. It does not guarantee first-page rankings or a particular number of enquiries. Ongoing content development, profile management or other marketing work needs a separate, clear scope.
